I dont know what it is, but something is off.For the last ~10 years my poops have always been in the 5-7 scale of the Bristol stool chart. It is considered normal starting at 4.I have no pain, bloating, or anything.I've tried eating no gluten, more fiber, less fiber, lactose free, cow milk protein free, meat free, whatever, it doesnt matter. No improvement despite whatever changes I come up with.I rarely eat slop, I eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, legumes, deenz, chicken, oats, yogurt....Im at my wits end, I just want to shit like a normal person.
Yogurt and kombucha, faggot.
>>77167638Its really surprising to me that the germans didnt come up with the bristol scale considering how obsessed with buttholes and poop
>>77167720I already eat several ferments quite often: yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi...
>>77167748How about good old steak?
>>77167638low fodmap
>>77167638I don't want to freak you out but I think it is time to see a doctor. Persistent change im bowel movements should be treated the same as a mystery lump. I had a similar experience. Put it down to stress. Some time later i had bloody diarrhea. Long story short turns out it was ulcerative colitis. Of course it would be a number of things but i would encourage you to take this seriously (and calmly). There is no disadvantage to doing so. Good luck.
>>77167638bro use the magic pill , i never looked back .its called "magnesium hydroxide teva 724 mg chewing tablets" google it .(that is what its called here in europe)you chew one and drink a lot of water trough the day . i swear you will never want to use anything else. no fiber no whatever, you eat everything you want. it doesnt care , you wont feel a thing.i buy 4 packs at once bc they can be sold out.and they are cheap . what it does it holds the water inside . am telling you. you need only 1 tablet. just drink water and you will see , your poop will feel like fluffy clouds .THIS IS THE HOLY GRAIL . thank me later , ive done all that shit with extra fiber etc ....everything my doctor told me to do . am giving you the solution.i had a fissure a bloody one , and this shit was a life saver , if you ever experienced the pain of an anal fissure .
>>77168753Ok, so it’s like miralax? It says it’s an osmotic laxative when I looked up your search criteria.
>>77167638>>77168753the magic pill is called opiates, i have a genetic disorder that affects digestion and no matter what diet i take it doesnt change anything, same as your situation. no matter how much meat fiber or whatever. Doesnt change jackshit, only thing that helps me is the constipating side effect of opiates. Maybe i should try this magnesium stuff. Too bad i really like opiates
>>77167638i'm the exact same way, anon. i also find that it's even more prevalent when i'm eating exclusively nutritious, high-quality food, ironically enough. i've always been on the more anal-expulsive end of the spectrum (2-3 shits per day) but it's gotten worse as of late. my healthcare gives me a budget for some OTC stuff so i was considering picking up metamucil/psyllium husk today to see if that helps, not holding my breath doe>>77168753i'm pretty sure this is the opposite of what OP needs. bristol 5-7 is loose, watery stool, magnesium hydroxide is a stool softener
>>77167638My gf forgot to flush and I saw her massive log in the toilet last weekend.Im legitimately considering breaking up with her.
>>77167722Are you thinking of Indians or Jews?
>>77167638Wait, women shit?
>>77168783>tfw no safe supply of doctor prescribed opiates I can blast once a week
>>77168876Can I eat her log?
>>77168873>psyllium huskdidnt do anything for me
Is there a chance that you're just... eating too much? I used to have digestive problems quite frequently until I started cutting, when they all just stopped
>>77167638white pepo be like oh noooo my shit is a 6.72 on the eugene williamston the 3rd scale oh woe is me my life is over
>>77167638Keto would fix this. You are saturated with parasitic yeast.
>>77169103Turdies be like
True, I also hate to poop so much.
>>77167638I wonder if maybe it's just that your diet is so good that it stands out as being bizarre by normie standards and looks like there is something wrong. Normies expect to be slightly constipated at all times (4). If they're not slightly constipated and instead (5+) while eating normie shit, then something has gone very wrong. I know if I eat a high fruit diet my stool tends to hugely lose its solidity (though this certainly isn't the case for all vegetables). Forget normie standards, they don't apply if you do thinks different. I once got a "panic level" low number in one of my blood tests and the doctor handwaved it off as meaning nothing. Like it wasn't just high or low, it was "panic" yet he didn't give a shit. If you're symptomless in other areas then it's fine.
>>77167638do you smoke weed? my poop issues have cleared up ever since I stopped getting high day in & day out
I know you said you get plenty of fiber, but how about insoluble fiber vs. soluble fiber? I can handle insoluble fiber like spinach just great but soluble fiber like oats is just awful for me. I do best with rice, blanched spinach (easier to digest than raw), and fish or chicken. Also are you getting enough water? Good luck OP
get a colonoscopy to make sure nothing is actually wrong with you
Tell your doctor and go get a test done bro, obviously.
>>77167638doctor, now
>>77167802I also have UC, hope yours isn’t too badLuckily mine is now manageable with mesalazine but every time I try quick cigs it causes a bad flare I tried vaping instead but that actually caused a worse flare than just quitting entirely
>>77167638i notice if i don't eat for a while (not super long, maybe like half a day) when i do eat i immediately shit. it seems like what IBS sounds like but idk
>>77167638So was mine, then my pancreas and gall bladder died and now I'm on creon, perfect 4s every time.
>>77168885>he doesn't know about the poo shelf
>>77170400yo whats up. don't get me wrong life is good but after my diagnosis i was put on mesalazine suppository. a week later my first child was born. then things went south, went into flare up and got worse and worse. went back to doctor who gave me a sachet of mez to take on top. this was a mistake. woke up the next day feeling like i'd been poisoned. took it again (lol) did a few hours of work then fell asleep, woke up, had a glass of water and immediately threw it up. went to hospital. they denied that i had an adverse reaction to mez but it's on my notes that i'm not to be given it. i didn't get pancreatitis but i did pee pink. spent 10 nights in hospital and given an infleximab infusion + steroids. i nearly needed a blood transfusion too i think one day i had 40 bloody bm's. not sure you can even call it shit.. anyway things have been pretty good since (this was at the start of last year) till just before christmas when i had another flare up. got back on steroids pretty quickly and only missed a week of weights (and 2 weeks of cardio). no biggie. i also started smoking again inc some weed. seems infleximab wasn't working for me even though i had loads of it in my system. moved onto ustenimab and im getting my second dose next week. im happy mez is working for you. wish it did for me, but life goes on.
>>77167722YeahThe standard German toilet with the shit catcher shelf would make you think they didI suppose they like it enough they don't want to talk down about any of it
>>77167638Eat just meat cheese and veggiesBread if it's still not good enough Gg ez
>>77167638do you use nicotine or caffeine?
