Walk more with emphasis on maintaining good back and head posture the entire time.The rest is just losing weight but how you carry yourself is a big part of its appearance and requires work if it's otherwise absent from your lifestyle. Things like higher positioned monitors and avoiding phones can help but it will be really uncomfortable for a long time without posture training.
