>literally walked for 2 hours straight today and I still can't eat more than a moderate amount without gaining weight
This is bullshit. Is exercise a meme?
>>
Calories and calorie tracking are the meme, exercise is fine in moderation because it raises your metabolism otherwise shit like long distance running makes you hold onto energy and water
>>
How many straight hours did you sit on your ass?
>>
Exercise for the sake of losing bodyfat is a meme, yes.

Its all diet.

Btw: you're a chronic over-eater, what u think is a "moderate amount of food" is a gigantic amount for a person who has been thin all their life without effort
>>
>>77168346
Wtf even is that data
>>
>>77168346
Is this saying you burnt 2.5k calories? That's a day's worth of food. Are you complaining that you can "only" eat 5k calories today? Fat fucking pig
>>
>>77168346
Lost 5 lbs of real bw in ~3 weeks which is about what I can handle without dropping calories super low.
All you have to do is eat 400-300 less than your maintenance and run at zone 2 for 20-30 mins every day. It's insanely easy.
>>
>>77168366
It's my calories burned total. Exercise and metabolism
>>
>>77168390
>metabolism
Did you shove your body into a calorimeter or what
>>
>>77168393
Yes. I'm dead now.
No I base it on how many calories I need to maintain from documenting how much I eat.
>>
>>77168420
So you made it up
>>
>>77168423
You determine your daily metabolic rate by seeing how many calories leads to you maintaining weight.
What alternative would you suggest?
>>
>>77168390
k. I mean 500 calories are still a small meal so
>>
>>77168426
>500 calories are still a small meal
500 calories is barely a snack
>>
>>77168425
My alternative would be simply listening to your body and not making up numbers.
>>
Google fit thread?
>>
>>77168431
>Listening to your body
You sound like a woman
>>
>>77168438
>The thing literally everyone interested in health did for millennias is effeminate as opposed to being mentally constricted to pseudoscientific numbers
My fault for expecting a fatass to be rational
>>
>>77168438
It's called intuitively not eating gluttonously
>>
>>77168346
Walking 10 km burns MAYBE 200 calories, it does NOT burn 2500 calories.

>I still can't eat more than a moderate amount
to lose weight you need to eat a small amount, or not at all
>>
>>77168346
how did you walk all that with just 13 heart points
you must be moving turtle pace
>>
>>77168452
Fat people are addicted to food. They literally are incapable of being rational about it without intervention. Thats why peptides work on them, because they are forced by their body chemistry to feel extremely full.
>>
>>77168441
>Tee hee listen to your body
That's literally what Healthy at every size retards say.
Losing weight wasn't an issue until relatively recently after cheap mass produced food was created
>>
you fat people are beyond saving
>>
>>77168460
walking 5 miles on on a 3 mph pace burn's about 500 calorie according to my data but regardless nowhere near 2500. maybe the op was slogging thru a marsh with a heavy pack
>>
>>77168429
What do you eat for a snack that 500 calories is "barely a snack".
>>
>>77168576
Very poor attempt at a pivot.
>>
>>77168460
>Walking 10 km burns MAYBE 200 calories
You're fucking stupid. Like actually fucking retarded.
>>
>>77168346
>2.4k cals
>moderate
how short are you
>>
>>77168664
>>77168631
>>77168460
You people need to read the replies in the thread before posting. Seriously.
>>
>>77168346
Exercise builds muscles, muscles weigh, therefore exercise builds weight.
>>
>>77168346
>6.4 miles walked is 2400 calories burned
whoever made this app is trying to make you a fatass
>>
>>77168346
>~165 lb male
what in the fuck are you trying to lose weight for are you 5’2?
>>
>>77168732
He probably fell for the cutting and bulking meme
>>
>>77168346
>Is exercise a meme?
For burning calories, absolutely yes. You never heard the saying that abs are made in the kitchen?
>>
>>77168826
Abs are made by working them out, if you never hit your abs you wont have any by the end of your cut
>>
>>77168718
>>77168691
>>
>>77168346
walking on flat terrain and a moderate pace burns approx 100 kcal/mile. (This can vary greatly with body weight)
So even if you eat at maintenance you should be burning well over a pound a week of fat just from walking 5 or 6 days a week
>>
ive walked about 10k steps today; almost 8km and my watch says that's just under 500kcal burned.
>>
>>77168346
Yes, I have to do 45 minutes of zone 2 on an exercise bike to burn 300ish calories
>>
>>77168732
I guarantee you're fatter than you think you are and you have no idea what it takes to get to 10%
>>
>>77168429
Lol ok fatass
>>
>>77169145
im tryna. but why is this mans walking 6 miles if hes not obese
>>
>>77168662
Not really. It's close enough.
Unless youre obese, running at a 8-10 min mile pace is only about 80-100 cal per mile. So a 10k is around 500-600 cals at an easy to moderate jog pace.
Walking a 10k would be about half of that.
>>
I'm only able to make it to 2400+ (my maintenance) after stuffing myself to the brim, how is 2500 not enough for you? What's your secret anon?
>>
>>77169274
One Crumbl cookie is over 50 calorie
>>
>>77170034
Eat a few strawberries
>>
>>77170034
All cookies are over 50 calories bud
>>
>>77168390
Infuriatingly, unless I missed it, you haven't said how many calories you eat in a day.
>>
>>77170224
I was in error I meant 500 calorie.
>>
>>77170229
I know I was being facetious.
>>
>>77170271
Why would you do that?
>>
>>77170297
Ok
