The majority of the people on this board don't actually lift weights. They come here to argue about their views on nutrition by insulting people who don't eat the same way that they do and pointing out that every single possible food that you eat and they don't has something wrong with it. No, havent been in a decade. I have more than enough in physical labor making firewood and small farm upkeep. Also who the hell pays to sweat? Just find some old folk who cant due age make firewood, make a deal with them and you get to exercise and get paid for it. Hell they might even have the tools you need and if they dont have money for the labor then take it as firewood and sell it, while getting varied and comprehensive real world training that makes you lots stronger that empty gym muscles, so its win win win for everyone, except gyms.

Both. I'm natty and over 30 there's nothing I'm going to accomplish in the gym with 10+ hours a week vs 2-3. Lotta free time.
