Then I learned he's 5'5, lifts weights, does steroids and doesn't even compete in anything. So I bought some dumbells and stacked that with my calisthenics routine and at last real gains.

Biggest tightest hardest guy I personally know only does high volume lifts and body weight stuff like pushups and pull ups. Pretty sure he’s on gear and is confirmed on test tho so there’s that.
