What do you guys do to help you wake up in the morning? The start of my day is unquestionably the worst and I feel like a zombie for the first few hours.
>>
Go to bed earlier in the evening
>>
My alarm tone in my phone is the drowning theme from Sonic 2. Nothing wakes you up like a deeply-ingrained panic attack.
>>
I get up and immediately do my stretches, make breakfast, and then go on a walk or lift
>>
>>77169747
drink a couple of litres of cold water.
>>
Lately i get really high when i wake up. But really, at this point in my life, working to improve my life all day feels good and laying in bed makes me feel lazy and like i will never reach my goals. Im uhhh ganna quit getting high again tomorrow.

Your body and nervous system have multiple types of clocks that are usually all synchronized. Clock is not a euphemism, these are precise molecular devices. Some involve a gene that gets activated, which starts the production of a certain protein, which shuts off the gene. The protein takes a certain amount of time to break down, once it's been broken down, it turns the gene back on again. Some clocks simply respond to light that hits the back of your retina, where you have cells that are not for seeing, but for setting this clock every day. Another clock is a compound that is built up throughout the day, once it reaches a certain level it starts to make you sleepy, then you sleep, and when you wake up the compound is cleared and it starts building up again. Your body also has a very simple 24-hour timer (or about 23 hours 58 minutes 30 seconds or something, I forget)

Get up at the same time every day, take a morning walk immediately. Make sure you get sunlight in your eyes and on your skin (don't look directly at the sun, obviously).

Once you make the clocks kick in it will be easy to maintain. It might suck at first, it might really suck at first, but it will suck less than having to struggle to wake up every day. You really won't once you synchronize all your clocks.

usually goes like this:

>alarm goes off
>snooze button
>alarm goes off
>refuse to press snooze button again but turn on lamp and tell myself I could at least shut my eyes for 5 more minutes
>get up because I really want that coffee and zyn in the morning

my clock is 26-30 hours. the sun is a bitch who dont even show up at the same time consistently

When it's cold, sometimes I prepare a flask (thermos) with warm water and gfuel for first thing when I wake up.
>>

Squeeze my wife's ass before I get out of bed to wake the kids and make them waffles and pancakes as they get dressed and ready for school.
>>
>>77169747
Nothing. It's just a hellish feeling everyday. Sleeping earlier doesn't work unless I'm tired as fuck. And I keep waking up in the middle of the night so I never feel well rested. Funnily enough this only happens on weekdays. I always sleep like a baby from friday to saturday and saturday to sunday.
>>
Raise your cortisol, jerk off in bed for 2 mins.
>>
>>77170718
Hold up a minute. Explain more about that one thing you said
>>
>>77169747
Jerk off. I can't get out of bed unless I cum and I can't get to sleep unless I cum. This can't be healthy.

>The orbit of the planets is unpredictable.
Are you OK?
>>
>>77171208
Oh yeah, that. So basically I know they recommend a full 8 hours, but my body seems to be good at about 9 hours or so. It worries me because of all the studies that say if you sleep longer than 8 hours consistently you have higher changes of developing dementia in your old age, but my body wants what it wants and plus there's the side effect of my swelling enormous cock.

Let me guess, you consume copious amounts of caffeine to keep you at a baseline level of alertness and functionality?
>>
>>77171117
What's your wife doing while you are making the kids' breakfast? That's her job.

Can't do. Going earlier to sleep doesn't change the wake up horror. Even on easy Sundays waking up is still an absolute nightmare. After the wake-up period, I'm fine, energized the whole day, I don't need naps, don't even yawn. But that beginning hours or 2 are the worst.
>>
>>77171218
I don't see an iasue here except for all the cum that is all over your bad, that shit's gross.
>>
>>77169747
What do you mean "help you wake up"? I just get 7-8 hours of sleep and then get up
>>

I think it'd be better if it were inside a woman, but I am an incel. C'est la vie.

Going to sleep with at least 4-5 hours since the last meal was a game-changer.
Digestion severely interferes with sleep quality, that's why you wake up as if you'd taken a beating.

Going to bed on an empty stomach solved my LIFELONG sleep quality problem.
Nothing ever worked consistently as this. Quitting caffeine, doing more exercise to get tired, melatonin pills...
Going to bed with an empty stomach (last meal at 6PM the latest) is how I've gotten the best sleep of the last +15 years.

If nothing else works, I strongly encourage you to do this.

For about a year now I've pretty much reversed my circadian rhythm, no ill effects so far.
>wake up at night-time with massive stiffy
>coffee, red light therapy, D3 supplement
>white LED and/or incandescent light present during the nights
>when daytime approaches nothing changes since all my windows are blacked out
>lower the light brightness around the time I need to go to bed during the day
>put some pregnenolone/DHEA on my nuts shortly before going to bed
>deep sleep for 8hrs, repeat
>>

coldest water in the shower - let it run for a minute and weigh yourself naked first while you wait. then get in and rotate. getting in, getting out, drying off = literally 2 minutes and it wakes you the fuck up.

you can warm back up later with coffee or whatever.

This is the kind gibberish you get when people try to learn a subject using chatgpt.
