can't change bones, except with surgery. it is what it is. focus on what matters - working out for health, taking care of your parents, having a fulfilling job, finding a nice relatable partner.

>>77169937Mastic gum is really tasty and leaves your mouth feeling very clean. Be careful using it though, you can get tmj if you chew too hard/too often on something so stiff. It isn't really going to change your structure if you're fully grown but there are muscles there that will gain small amounts in of mass. I would only go in for it if you chew gum anyways
