The supplement info is decent, but exceedingly limited and highly outdated. There are tens of thousands of supplements out there now and the wiki just talks about a few ultra-popular O.G. normie ones.

the weight loss advice in the new (old) sticky is absolutely flawless. there's one paragraph in particular that distills the essence of it into like five sentences. that's the real strength of this document- brevity. it's short and easy to read. it's hard to argue against most of the points made in it. reading it changed my life for the better, forever.

it's a shame we don't haze newfags with READ THE FUCKING STICKY anymore. it's not optional reading material- it's step 1.

i agree with your criticism of that section. i just glossed over that bit because i wasn't interested in taking supplements when i first started. the real value of the information in the sticky is the weight loss advice and the straightforward organization and simplicity of the presentation.
