Honestly as a former fat guy when I started working out my calves/legs were the only muscle I had with any development so I just started with push/pull and told myself I’d eventually add legs when upper body started catching upNow 3 years later my upper body is definitely much more impressive than my legs but I’ve luckily retained a lot of the fat guy leg muscles despite cutting to a healthy weight I’ll probably never train legs honestly
