How are you repeating "nothing" when there is not just something but a whole lot dumbass? "pregnant man syndrome" is a misnomer because having a big belly in a man is a sign of high test and manliness. Sure ideally you would have much less fat, but if you do have fat, most of it should go to your belly rather than your face.
