I'm 5'8 190lb, 28. Sick of my body looking like shit. What's the absolute best program for body building and weight loss? I don't care about strength other than a means for muscle growth. I just want to look good.My only gym experience is a 4 month stint in 2022 where I ran did Starting Strength. Got down to 125lb back then, have let myself go with eating disorder mental bullshit since. I know how to do the big 3 compounds, but not much else besides that.
>>77171288I just want to stop looking like dogshit and get abs fast as possible. Completely sick of this shit
>>77171305stop eating fatty and you're heavier than 190.
Kettlebell swings pushups and chinups 3-5 sets 1 min rest, super set all exercises.

>>77171288might i recommendss
>>77171321Damn do I look that fat?
>>77171305Just diet, do some cardio and run a bodybuilding split. Don’t obsess over which split you do just pick one (bro split, Reddit ppl). Do obsess over your diet. Track every single thing you put in your mouth. Aim for the biggest calorie deficit you can tolerate. Train and diet hard and you’ll be unrecognizable in six months.
>>77171546best advice itt. Your training program won’t really matter, it will work as long as you do. Diet is what will make the difference, you will never be able to outwork a bad diet. As far as choosing a split, decide how many days you can reliably get in the gym and just stick with it. 2x frequency is generally best. 3 days? Full Body. 4? Upper/Lower. 5? ULPPL. 6? PPL or Arnold split. Tons of free programs online, check out boostcamp or youtube or something, you can’t really go too wrong. There are no magic exercises or programs for getting jacked, just find a system that you like and stick with it, consistency is what gets you jacked. My other piece of advice considering that you are coming from starting strength, if you want to transition to body building don’t think about your isolation work as “accessory” to the big 3. If you want jacked arms curls are just as important as your barbell lifts. Lift with high effort and treat it all like it matters.
>>77171546>>77171646Thanks. I think I'm gonna do Nipptard's 5 day ULPPL program, seems fine and has resourceshttps://www.boostcamp.app/users/kLHRYu-nippards-the-bodybuilding-transformation-systemFor reference this was me at the end of 2022 after cutting down to 125lb (around 11% BF I think) and finishing 3 months of SS. Basically stopped working out right after this, let myself go with mental bullshit. Not sure what a good ideal would be, probably 12% BF around 150-160lb. I imagine I'll have to cut down to around 130lb and then bulk up to get the required muscles though. I don't think it's possible to achieve 12% BF from just cutting down from 190lb to 150 while working out, that seems too ideal.

>>77171514Mate you look 220 minimum
>>77171678That split is fine. Don’t get wrapped up in what body fat percentage at what weight you’d like to achieve. Just focus on the diet and the training. That’s your only job for now
>>77172808He’s 5’8 idiot, you look fat over 160 if you’re DYEL at that height.
>>77171678Yeah that’s a good program. I think realistically if you have a productive cut you could probably be around 15% at 160? I’m assuming you’re like 30% bodyfat currently. Your eyes will be the best tool you have when it happens. Shoot for 160, lift hard, watch your diet, from there decide if you want to try to recomp a little at maintenance for a while or keep the cut going. Good luck anon.
>>77171288How to be a bodybuiler:1. Bulk to 220 and 2/3/4/52. Hope on Test and bulk to 240 and 3/4/5/63. Get on the kitchen sink of steroids and bulk to 280 4. Look for your week spots and pound the hell out of them while maintaining the rest of your gains5. Starve yourself and drug yourself down to 240 again at 6% bodyfat6. Win $5,000 for your troubles if you succeed7. Treat yourself to a low fat ice cream in celebration8. Bulk back to 270 and rinse and repeat
Is this reversable without sagging skin? I'm not OP but I'm in the same boat, I had massive swing and went from skinny with barely visible abs to an ogre... (5"11 180lbs to 245lbs), currently 207lbs slowly reversing the damage but the sagging skin is really bothering me, our stomachs look about the same
>>77175060I'm op and I was 170/180lb as a teenager, before dropping down to 125lb >>77171681. I didn't have issues with sagging skin, but I have some permanent stretch marks on that were still visible even at my lowest.
