kek you stupid motherfucker

face pull and back fly) and (dumbell and cable lat raise are redundant on the same day. remove one from each set and add in front raise
>>
>>77172009
I recommend rope neck pulls instead.

>lateral raises @ 27.5 lb
>facepulls @ 90 lb
You're doing facepulls wrong.
>>
>>77172217
the side laterals with 27.5lbs dumbbells is a free weight

the rope facepulls is with cables

u can lift way more weight with cables

Facepull is a rotator cuff exercise. There's no way you can rotate 90lbs if you can only lat raise 55lbs. You're most likely just rowing towards you face with making it a rhomboid & rear delt exercise.

>facepull...rotator cuff...
kill yourself and ask your wife's bvll to post proof

>rhomboid and rear delt exercise

Yes...? thats the point... lmao, 90lbs feels light too, i take it easy on it.

Why are you pyramidding up from 140 to 180 anon?
>>

Not bad if those are one arm dumbbell presses.
