I'm trying to make better work lunches. Give me some ideas, or what do you guys do?
>>

beans are great. I have chickens so I like to crack five eggs on top of two cans of beans with some garlic and cheese. Fuckin good, man.
>>

Mackerel in tomato sauce + sunny side up eggs on some toast. Goated imo

Baked oats. This one is fun because you can make it in alot of ways. My sis made apple cake bakes oats and they were immaculate. I've made carrot cake baked oats and they were an awesome lunch.
Basically put oats, an egg, some milk, optional whey, baking powder, honey. After that you can do all kinds of variations. I've made a banana bread with dark chocolate one, super good. You just roast banas in the oven, mash em and mix it into the base batter. Then add some chocolate chunks. Pop it in a pre heated oven and bam. Delish lunch/breakfast or just a nice sweet treat.

Similar to this.
Can of Egyptian fava beans called ful, pita bread, eggs on top. Solid macros and can adjust fats and protein with more whole eggs or egg whites

My go to work lunch, assuming access to microwave.
>2 pre cooked chicken breast
>1/2 pack grains & lentils, or sometimes can of mixed beans
>2 cups of mixed frozen veg (peas, carrots green beans)
All covered in some sort of hot sauce

~740kcal,
~75g protein
~60g carbs
~17g fat

What if I only have 15 minutes for lunch
Sandwiches and wraps are the only quick eat option that seems to make sense
>>
I'm honestly thinking of consuming less beef and more beans. I already consume a lot of dairy so B12 is not a concern

I'm sick of red meats and they're quite expensive, too
>>
eat both and win

>all covered in hot sauce
Or you could learn to cook so you don’t needto drown it all in hot sauce Darnell

Vegan protein was/is/always will be worse than the animal one
>>

most days I eat porkchops with beans, yellow peas or sometimes rice
don't waste the jus, use white wine to deglaze the pan and cook it down nicely
>>
>>77173160
Now let's see the calories for each

Why do you only have 15 minutes for lunch
What the fuck shit is that
Find a new job
>>
>>77173464
There's no way you're working a full time job
>>
Luv me beans but I'm guessing they're not a complete protein, whereas organ meat, eggs and presumably beef are

15 min is enough to eat more than 1kg of food. I usually eat in 5 min and then get back to work.
Minced meat for $3/kg, potatoes, pasta, whatever.
Eggs are great. Fried eggs go down so easily. You can easily down 15 eggs in a matter of a few minutes.
If you are a slow eater, you can just make a big ass shake.
Luckily, good ol' me has complete freedom at my job so I don't have to take any breaks or have a scheduled lunch with some fags.

When I was in college, most days I only had about 15 minutes between classes to choke down some food. I learned to eat fast, by the end of sophomore year, I could down a quart of homemade chili, half a pint of vodka, and a monster in 3 minutes, which left me with 4 minutes to walk to my next class, and 8 minutes to enjoy a cigarette and chat with the cute freshman chicks. Just takes practice. You learn it in the army too, you usually only get about 5-10 minutes to actually eat chow.

Something like 80 more calories for the beans. Really not significantly different. Assuming that's a ribeye or something similar

45ish hours a week
For each 4hr block we are allowed a 15min break. 8hr to 9hr days usually. I often have to skip the 2nd one as work picks up and they need people on the floor

Im not that much of a slow eater but holy fuck a kilo of food down the hatch is pushing it for me. I work a labor job so I cant just stuff myself silly unless i want to puke it up later. Ive tried shakes before and they do work fine, but keeping them cold is sometimes a hassle and I often forget to take out the used cup after work and clean it because im retarded

>>77175941
I bet your breath reeked like shit after that daily horror show lol
Chili good though

>100g
Literally every time some stinky vegan has to resort to this, you know it's bullshit. They wouldn't ever show what 100g of meat is compared to 100g of beans.

What's wrong with comparing foods on a equivalent weight basis? How do you think they should be compared? Equivalent cost?

Some of the most aesthetic peoples on the planet grow to a towering 4ft on a bean based diet, it really is a no brainer
>>
I just cook a big batch of something and eat it for 2-3 days. Stews, rice and chicken, stuffed peppers, soups, grilled meat and veggies ect...

Uncooked Beans LOL
Physically impossible to digest uncooked beans.
>>
>>77173160
>beans
Has antinutrients...phytates...oxalates...lower bioavailable protein compared to animal proteins.....protein utilization is also higher with beef..only drawback of beef is it's considered carcinogenic
>>
>>77173180
Can you post the base baked oats ratios/recipe? Sounds delicious.
>>
>>77177446
not to mention uncooked meat is less nutrient dense than cooked. worst comparison possible
>>
>>77175638
Only the bean we're not allowed to name on 4chan is a complete protein.
>>
>>77173160
>1,480 liters of water to produce 100g of beef
Reminder that vegan propaganda counts rainfall on pasture land as part of the water requirements for livestock raising.
