Did a three day fast Sunday through Tuesday. Went pretty good, felt the calmest I have in years by middle of day two, and got amazing sleep nights two and three which is rare for me. Broke the fast with greasy high sodium slop which was a huge mistake (idk wtf I was thinking). Felt like utter shit immediately after and had to sleep off what felt like a fever. I wanna do a long fast (>10 days) to see if can help with chronic tension/pain I have in my kinetic chain that no supplemental exercise or PT has helped for the last three years.
