I'm desperate and I miss running and I'm using stupid fucking goonbait so people click on this. My MCL is partially torn and I have a complete tear of my meniscus. I have just been discharged from PT despite the fact I still don't have normal range of motion, kneeling feels like glass, and I get shooting nerve pain around my ankle (which the PT said is from swelling.) The thing is, I was injured 4 months ago. I'm in my early 20s, way too fucking young to not be able to kneel normally. I can't touch my calves to the back of my quads. It hurts very bad and my PT says that I "don't need" that range of motion. Yes, I do my exercises. Please, any advice or anyone in a similar situation, help me. I was a long distance runner and my PT is acting like since it wasn't competitive that it doesn't matter if I get back to it.
I PUT THE WRONG FILE FUCK

>>77173328I am sorry I posted the wrong image but the plea for knee advice is still very much real.
>>77173265I had a partially busted LCL, shot up all the weird research pepetides and it healed fine with some bracing.
MODS, KILL THIS MAN
>>77173265Keep running and mog your doctors
>>77173345I will not be injecting myself with those, I looked into them and just way too sus for me. I stopped bracing months ago because wearing the brace limited my motion even more and made it hurt worse.
