my macros have been at least 60% fat from animal sources for 10 years now and i have a legitimately unattainable natural physique (female) for most of the population. it isn't because of my diet, the point is my physique was unchanged from eating this way. i went from eating vegetables and fruit daily earlier in my life to now rarely eating them. my diet is mostly meat and dairy. i have had several blood test over the years and my cholesterol, triglycerides and other biomarkers are extremely optimal.
