Well I saw picrel in the store today and I HAD to get it. Havent tried it yet, will tomorrow. If youre lucky enough to have BlueBell where you are, look for it. They had Vanilla too. According to the rule of thumb, this is a good source of protein. Take protein count, multiply by 10. If that number is bigger than the calorie count, its a good source of protein. This meets those standards. Protein is obviously a big fad now. With GLP-1s everywhere, people cant eat, so when they DO eat, it has to be high in protein.

>>77175459I've checked like 4 HEBs in my area (Austin) and these have still not arrived yet. Hell I even visited their HQ while I was Brenham for unrelated business recently and it wasn't in stock in their ice cream parlor either. Where did you find this OP?
>"healthy protein snack">look inside>sugar alcohols and aspartame
>>77175459That's not ice cream. It's "frozen diary dessert".
>>77175459I sometimes get a protein pudding where a 400gram tub has 40g of protein for 320kcal. I see this in the same vein, basically it's great for you to get a big portion of something nice and sweet without it being empty calories, but it shouldn't be your main source of protein. naturally it loses out against something like chicken or tuna which are also less "artificial" of a product.
