what exercises? how long? what intensity? if you do half a workout then the other half later you won't hurt yourself. if you do two full workouts you will hurt your recovery and be tired. a full workout takes like an hour with rests and is anywhere from 6-10 exercises, from like 20-30 sets total including warmups for the compounds. if you do your lifts and cardio at a separate time no big deal. do your cardio after lifting to avoid depleting your energy prior to lifting

Well, i say i was doing pretty well, but i was just doing better than I am right now. I've completely given up on my diet the last couple weeks so I've put on a heap of weight, and I struggle to make myself care because there's a general malaise and just a desire to rot.
I kinda feel like I've never done particularly well because I always half-ass everything, I used to half-ass everything until deadlines came due, chronic procrastinator, but I've given up on deadlines lately too.

Ok sounds like it's probably not alcohol calories that you forgot to count. I would keep tracking every day for a week or two and see what your daily intake really is. To track properly you need a food scale, it is not optional. Guesstimating is fine if everything is going right and you know what you're doing but in your case I would definitely get a food scale.

I use a spice mix for chicken breast strips if you want. I used this for baked tendies but I removed the egg and breadcrumb. still tastes good.

this step isn't optional, it's pretty much the only way to have the texture and flavor of chicken breast be actually good. I wouldn't consider it hard but it requires timing.

I started doing 1500cal a day and cardio late last month and have been making good gains, but I can't help breaking my deficit on the weekends when there's nothing to do and my whole family is around. I have been off Mounjaro for a year now, lost 120lbs on it in 8 months. In the last 2 months my appetite has come back with vengeance, i am just starving 24/7 no matter how much i eat. Nature works on the law of averages, not day to day.
Your body cares more if your WEEKLY calories are in a deficit than if a day or two are at maintenance or a little over.
Doing what you're doing will put you at a healthy loss ratio and probably be good for your mental health already.
If you look at some of our bigger anons, like the guy who started around 425lbs and is almost at 100 down in less than 150 days, I have a feeling he's going to burn himself out when he stops seeing 3-4lbs lost every week.

I think what this teaches is that losing weight isn't just getting the fat out of the body. Most tend to think "if only I could be lean, all I need to do is to maintain it" and that is the same reason those who make extreme diets also bounce back.

I have embraced not looking at the scale and having multiple servings for every meal. I'm having at least 50-60g of protein per meal, starting to do archer pushups on a consistent basis after building my pushup numbers since December.

Hit 20 per arm in sets of five. It think someone mentioned in a video it's easier to do all of one side first but I like to alternate so it's more 10 per set.

I'm still consistent on never doing cardio. Truly, we're all gonna make it.

Navy bodyfat uses the neck measurement to help calculate approximate lean mass against bodyfat with the waist measurement. That 18" neck being padded by your excess fat is throwing the calculation off by a lot. At 500 lbs and 5'2", even 42% bodyfat would put you at ~290 lbs of lean mass, around how much Ronnie Coleman at his heaviest competition weight did. You have maybe 150 lbs of lean mass, probably closer to 130. you gotta be an absolute minimum of 70% bodyfat with those stats. If your mobile and can still walk i am impressed.
