I can't eat nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, potatoes/tomatoes or bread. Can this diet help keep the gains rolling in? Also does it matter whether I get raw dairy products or grass-fed meat products ?
>>77175671Why can't you eat them? Is it an allergy or something, or do you just not like them?To answer your question, sure, if you keep your macros in check, which it seems plausible to do off this infographic, though I worry you'd consume a lot of fat and not enough carbs to get you through your workouts. Raw honey probably not necessary, but I'm happy to be corrected on that if anyone here really rides for honey.I wouldn't recommend raw milk. You'd be fine with full cream or skim/low-fat milk depending on your fitness goals. Grass-fed/organic meat products are good, but I haven't seen meaningful enough benefits from them to prefer them over cheaper options. If you can afford it and personally see benefits, go for it, otherwise whatever cheap mince you can get from the grocery store is still leagues ahead of 90% of the meat you can eat out.

>>77175996He's a ketolard shill and makes things up so he can spam the board with his meme fad diet
>>77176138I made up an autoimmune disease that fucks my joints and makes my arms and legs feel burnt out after basic tasks? Damn i never knew i was so good at bio engineering, you fucking faggot.Ps. there's honey and fruit in the image, isn't that banned in keto diets,
>>77175671That seems fine, but you're pretty much opting to buy some of the most expensive items at the grocery store on a regular basis. Whether that's an issue is for you to decide.Have you looked into the Vertical Diet? Rice and beef is the bulk of it, but I don't know if rice falls under "grains" for your condition. But, rice is good for packing carbs into a bulk and is dirt cheap. Picrel, I know you cant have potatoes and shit so you'd just leave those out
Bump
>I can't eat nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, potatoes/tomatoes or breadout of these i only eat nuts since i also get digestive issues especially from grains and legumes. my main carb sources are white rice, berries and non starch vegetables (white rice makes the bulk of my carbs) which i just have pre and post workout. together with lots of meat (beef/chicken) and fish, plenty of eggs, dairy and milk i lift like a champ and have consistent energy. raw or grass fed is mostly a taste preference thing imo, personally grass fed beef tastes better and i enjoy the gaminess>>77176168this is basically what i follow and it just werks. i don't have any more than ~100-120g of net carbs per day and get the bulk of my nutrition from meat and dairy
>>77176168is this legit? seems like having white rice - a high gi food as your main carbohydrate source might be kinda bad
