What is the real cause of allergies?

I have been getting monthly shots for my dust mite allergy for the last 2 years, and it hasn't done shit. I'm interested in alternative and esoteric medicine. What is the real cause of allergies? How can you cure them?

high dose omega3 might help a bit, get your omega3:omega6 ratio down to 1:1. extra vitamin c. lower overall inflammation, maybe don't be fat. lower histamine load from food, check for other allergies like hayfever and reactions to food/slop. probably get anti-allergy bed sheets and stuff, clean your house, don't have carpets, rugs, fluffy/textile sofas, pillows blankets or clothing laying around. vacuum multiple times a week with a proper filter on it. maybe get an air purifier with filter too.

adding
"chill the fuck out" to this. too many fuckers get all neurotic & end up sensitising their central nervous system to shit itself at the slightest thing
have a little nap with some noise cancelling headphones on

I started using simply saline 2-3 times a day and it helps. Also for dust mites arent u washing sheets in high heat and wrapping your pillow and bed in those anti-dust mites layers?

Improve your gut microbiome, dont take antibiotics, go outside and get used to nature

Allergies are immune sensitivity due to lack of real world exposure.
Most allergies come from people in cities.
Most allergies come from lack of microbe exposure.
People on farms rarely have allergies.
Their bodies are constantly bombarded with pollen, dust, fecal matter and animal secretions.
Their bodies knew to adapt and asses the danger clearly.
Your body which never had any real fight or flight situation can't discern between good/bad/neutral.
That is why people nowadays are extremely depressed, angry, sad and sick. They never had a real struggle to overcome. Their bodies have become so sensitive to any stimuli that they notice when someone "slights them" in social settings and that gives them a dire existential threat in their brains.

You have dust mite allergy? Go and exposure therapy yourself, but be careful and gradual.

A lot of this can be relieved by better mouth posture and breathing
I read the book breath by james nestor a couple years ago and going through a lot of the stuff in the book I've been able to improve my seasonal allergies dramatically. My issue was more pollens than dustmite so ymmv
Basically do breath work, breathe properly with your diaphragm, good mouth and tongue posture (mewing), don't breathe so quickly or so shallowly as usual.
Lots of stuff

>dust mite allergy
Do you actually have this? Have you differentially diagnosed this to make sure it's not something else? Dust mite allergies are exceedingly rare and most people actually have psychosomatic symptoms from delusional parasitosis.

Vaccines

Rfk talked about it in depth. Allergies used to be quite rare

It's the result of a shit immune system and/or unlucky genetics. There isn't some magic drug out there that will cure your allergies. You're welcome to dry though. Human chemistry experiments are always fun to observe. Just let us know what happens to you

Most people have allergies to everything.
The wife is allergic to damn near everything at least.

What we learned is it is total concentration that matters. Most people will be asymptomatic if the histamine release is less than their ability to filter histamines.
The clear issue is people with noticeable allergies have what is called an overreactive immune system.
A single allergen triggers exponential histamine release compared to baseline.
Since we have to keep our house stabilized for allergens I can tell you some of the pros and negatives.

>pros
Cleaning twice a week does show a quantifiable decline in allergens in all case studies in your house. You have to vacuum everything though, every little corner.
For anything you sit on, touch daily, or sleep on washing once a week is sustainable.
For dog allergen specifically two times bathing resulted in about 80% reduction.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10200004/
Not going to go through every single allergen, just using this as an example of you can expect.
The compulsive pattern of reducing your personal allergen is just a part of your daily life.
Sorry m8s, that's how it is.
Every 5-7 years your immune system drastically modulates itself and you have a revolving door chance to randomly gain or reduce/remove an allergic pattern.
This even correlates with OPs dust mite allergy shot.
Either
>2 years is not long enough for his immune system to modulate from shots
or
>OP is not actually allergic to dust mites and it is something else in his environment

>negatives
sometimes things don't get better, sorry.
you can try every exposure therapy or whatever gay esoteric schizo shit you want.
My cat allergy when away at random in my teens.
I have seasonal allergies for summer ragweed that are debilitating.
My wife can't even pet an animal of any kind without her eyes watering and it only gets worst.

Wait a minute, if youre saying anon has a dust mite allergy because of his lack of exposure, arent there significantly more dust mites inside of a home than outside? If anon never had any real exposure, and according to your theory thats what causes the allergy, that would mean hes been living outside his entire life, instead of staying inside which kinda sounds like what farmers do. Kinda sounds like you just came up with some bullshit and didn't even realize you contradicted yourself

>has a dust mite allergy because of his lack of exposure
NTA but that's the whole point of allergy shots. They gradually expose you to the allergen until your immune system can handle it. But your body doesn't seem to build immunity if you're hit with it all at once.

I completely cleaned up my diet. I replaced processed goy slop with clean and natural produce. I only drink filtered water. Incorporated D3/K2, Vit C, Mag glyinate, and zinc. I occasionally use a sinus rinse kit. I have an air purifier, too. I reckon I was suffering with yeast overgrowth (candida) that emanated to my throat and nasal passage ways. Once I eliminated it (with grapefruit seed extract and MSM powder) I never had trouble with my beak (and allergies) again. I saw improvement in just 14 days, but it took a couple of months to completely rectify it.

What the fuck do you think OP's
>getting monthly shots for my dust mite allergy for the last 2 years
actually means? It's exactly that. Peak midwit hours.

I never post here, but I believe I have the esoteric knowledge you require. PEA supplements. Reduces histamine and inflammation. Take it sublingually with some EVOO or Avocado Oil. Fixed my mom's chronic inflammation and chronic migraines due to histamine being lowered. Natural supplement. She said some brands are better than others, but I unfortunately don't know what brand she said is good or bad.
