But a small waist on someone who cannot bench 135 is like big arms on someone who is obese, it is simply a product of circumstance, not impressive. If you want to build an aesthetic body that is impressive you will have to work towards it and fight your physiology to some degree.

Okay I might have done my most healthy binge yet.600gram chicken breast and 550 gram duck breast both skinless and lean since i cut them thin after semi freezing and made kinda like chips/strips using low calorie sauce. Also mixed the sauce with quark and fat free greek yoghurt
