I did local injections for a partial ligament tear, but used several other pepes too, so can't really comment on its efficacy; but I can say the ligament is fine over a decade later and hasn't grown a chondrosarcoma or anything. Doctor had said cortisone shots or surgery, which sounded like two boomer nopes to me.
