what are the most efficient exercises to gain a lot of strength fast in the arms and shoulder?
I'm talking about 1 year, which exercises will give me more strength and endurance?

What do you mean more strength and endurance? You want endurance in your arms and shoulders? Like the endurance to do what? 100 pushups straight?

The way you even ask this question shows youre kinda a fucking noob.

Do 531 or really just any beginner program that's not SS. Dont do GOMAD dont fatfuck yourself. Basic progressive overload.

If you actually do want endurance, like strength-endurance, ability to do a lot of reps, then just do 100 pushups or pullups or both for time after your main push or pull work.

It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
