So I decided to do bloodwork out of curiosity and the fact that my wellbeing, energy levels, libido and erections have become shit lately. I'm 28 so something is clearly wrong. I don't aim to get TRT and would like to avoid that if possible. What are things worth checking out?My list currently is:>SHBG>Testosterone>Estradiol>Prolactin>Cortisol>LH>FSH>DHT>Thyroid >Blood Count, to check if I don't have too thick blood
>>77179487check yourself into an institution, faggot
>>77179506?
>>77179506I'd check my dicken her booty, if you know what I mean
>>77179487Are you fat? Do you lift? Do you train cardio?
>>77179487been having the same problem. AI says to spam cardio for a month to remodel cardiovascular system for better erections. Meanwhile I stopped watching porn all the time and have an appointment with an urologist
>>77179649heh heh I get this
>>77179487I'm thirty. My hardons are rock solid, like, really hard. My wife tells me all the time. Idk if she's trying to help me cope with it being a 6 incher, but whatever. >I lift 3 days a week.>Have decent cardio.>And never really eat anything ultra processed. Everything I eat I make. I'll eat cookies, pie, and cake and whatnot, but I have to make it myself. Makes me eat less.
>>77179487If you're busting your ass everyday in the gym, you need to eat more, take another rest day in the week, get better sleep, and drink more water. You can't go hard as natty for long, it fucks up all that shit.I recommend getting sleep work done. If you have sleep apnea it fucks with all that shit. CPAP is the way to go.
>>77179487>I'm 28 so something is clearly wrong.Stop watching porn completely, stop jerking off completely. Interact with women. Sleep 7 hours a night, get sunlight, and get your cardio in.If you can do this for a month and symptoms don't completely go away, then you have a significant problem. I'm going to guess you've got PIED though.
>>77179847>decent cardioCan you elaborate?
>>77179487>libido and erections have become shit lately.>has thirst traps saved on his device
>>77179919I bike a lot with my kids in a trailer, go on walks instead of eating lunch at work (both of these spring until autumn). I can crank out a 5-10k run on a whim. I ruck-march as part of a weekend warrior. Like, I'm nowhere near as fit as I am when I played rugby during my college/university years, but for the average person my age (30), I am decently fit.
Do squats and oats really do this?
