I fail to understand why people use milk replacements. It really isn't that much calories and their nutrition isn't that bad. You will not hit 2k from a single shake.
>>
Most adult humans cannot digest lactose. Hope that helps!
>>
>>77179522
American mutts don't count as adult humans.
>>
>>77179529
>Some people can't drink milk.
>It's America's fault.
What lol.
>>
>>77179534
It's not America's fault. You're just genetic trash LARPing as whites. Milk is the greatest test of good genetics.
>>
>>77179541
I'm American and I can drink milk.
>>
>>77179522
Adult humans can digest lactose, I have no interest in the lesser races
>>
>>77179547
Milk Nazis.
>>
>>77179551
Shitler couldn't digest milk either. He was a vegan weakling kike puppet.
>>
>>77179552
Proof?
>>
>>77179508
Can someone translate that to English?
>>
>>77179566
>Why drink onions milk when cow milk has the same nutrients?
Then some unmedicated Anon sperged over the white race.
>>
>>77179557
He was vegan with constantly upset stomach. Look it up, I'm not your daddy you brownoid.
>>
>>77179572
You made the claim so the burden of proof is on you.
>>
>>77179522
I dont know why this meme about lactose intolerance is perpetuated as some genetic/hereditary absolute when it's just a raw vs pasteurized issue
Also a city dweller/farmer ancestry vs pastoralists
You can find blacks in the depths of africa and bedouins in the depths of sahara chugging dairy on the daily but then their identic genetic city counterparts cant or simply dont
>>
>>77179508
I drink milk replacement because I love milk and I used to be fat I drank so much. Now I limit milk consumption and use unsweetened almond milk as a diet milk.

They do this because they're fucking starving. It fucks up their stomach. Lactose tolerance is genetic. You only get it if you're from a race that domesticated animals.
>>
>>77179682
>They do this because they're fucking starving.
You're absolutely moronic, it's a staple for these populations. Nilotics basically live on milk and blood and some meat. And yes they all domesticated cattle, in fact your premise and map doesnt make sense because some of the earliest cattle domestication finds happened in the near east, indian subcontinent and around the sahara.
Pasteurized milk simply lacks the enzymes that help with digestion.
Spend more time reading less time spewing /pol/tard meme maps and driving conclusions from them.
>>
>>77179682
The pay for their wives in camels, cows and goats, obviously they have domesticated animals.
>>
>>77179673
It's probably because what you've just said has literally zero scientific evidence to back it up and isn't even remotely true
>>
>>77179522
Genetic skill issue.

Milk is OP. perfect macros tons of micros. Fortified with vitamin D. You should drink a glass everyday at the minimum.
>>
>>77179823
>tons of micros
Like?
>>
>>77179823
>Milk is perfect
>Thats why we have to add vitamins to it
Kek
>>
>>77179823
"everyday" is an adjective; you mean "every day".
>>
>>77179826
Vitamin singular.
wait 'til you hear what they put in your water...
>>
>>77179831
Explain to me what you believe the word perfect means.

No hes right. They have no crops there so they rely on cattle out of necessity. The majority of Africa is lactose intolerant but the small group of nilotics have to be able to survive on milk or else, they just die. And thats what happening, the people who are generally less lactose intolerant survive and ones who are more intolerant die.
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3948760/
Has nothing to do with pasteurization. Lactose absorption isnt affected in the slightest by pasteurization.
>>
>>77179508
>I fail to understand why people use milk replacements.
Tastes better mixed with milk than str8 milk, also some are higher calcium or have other benefits.
>t. currently drinking coffee mixed with both pasteurized whole cow's milk and calcium-fortified chocolate almond milk
>>
>>77179508
For me, whole milk is kinda heavy on the fat macros so I find it hard to fit into my diet since I eat fish/eggs extremely frequently, and I refuse to drink skim or fat free milk.
>>
>>77179673
Iirc people without lactase persistence can remain lactose tolerant through regular consumption. Lactase synthesis only stops for those without persistence with lack of exposure, thus populations raised up and around dairy can still consume milk even without the genes for it as long as they've continued since childhood.
>>
>>77179860
Way to miss the point just completely /pol/cel.
>>
>>77179691
>Pasteurized milk simply lacks the enzymes that help with digestion.
>Spend more time reading less time spewing /pol/tard meme maps and driving conclusions from them.
Your argument is self defeating. If raw milk contained the lactose digesting enzyme lactase, or any other combination of whatever nebulous enzymes you are claiming, the milk itself would not contain lactose, as it would be predigested into glucose and galactose.

Probably why you have no evidence to back up your claim.
>>
>>77180007
kek you got rekt you dumb nigger
>>
>>77179938
This is true. If I take a month long break from drinking milk (as I do frequently), I become lactose intolerant again until I start drinking it frequently (takes about another month to tolerate it).
>>
>>77180056
>the milk itself would not contain lactose
Are you stupid ? Do you not know what "assist" or "aid" means ?
>>77179860
Neither of the studies you posted back up in your points and in fact just support mine, thank god i can read and not rely on chatgpt summaries.
>>
>>77180059
Where?
>>
>>77180064
Pretty weird how you're being semantic about definitions instead of providing actual proof for your claim. In any regard, I'm not going to respond further since I know which poster you are because you're in every milk thread spamming the same nonsense misinformation.
