What’s your usual rep range?
>>
>>77179903
3-15, depends on the exercise. On heavy compounds preferably ~6.

Have you tried changing up the pattern? Like juggernaut?

A lot of volume seems impossible to me, I'm usually fully burnt out after 1-2 sets (health isn't in its best state). The only way I've started progressing on isolations has been doing 1 set to failure, doesn't work as well for compounds tho.
