No singular program is going to develop every single solitary facet of fitness. Pilates is almost as if it was intentionally invented for chicks to be like "ok, but can you do this"? To which ever rational mans answer should be, who gives a fuck? Beyond it's applications for flexibility, it's dog shit. You could get the EXACT same results by simply doing traditional strength training and having a dedicated stretching routine. Pilates just very shittily tries to do mobility and strength at the same time. There are better ways of doing this.

I've been doing it solo just about every day.

I tried a class today at my college gym and I was the only student there and the instructor was an old guy that probably studied with pilates himself. It was just me and him one on one for an hour. We talked about motorcycles for a bit after the class. I'll probably go again. Hopefully there's girls next week
