how do you translate gym strength to sports and real world strength
>>77180522you don't have to worry about because you'll never put in the work because you're a loser
>>77180522you gain strength in the gym and then you apply it in sports and the real worldmayhaps you'd like to rephrase your question?
>>77180522funnily enough i would not mind being cowgirled by this woman whilst full body pressed french kissing
>>77180522Dunno about sports but real world strength is less about lifting insanely heavy stuff in a short burst and more about lifting reasonably heavy stuff for hours. I've seen stickman guys tower bags of cements all day every day of the week while me, a reasonably buff gymfag, got absolutely rekd after just 3 hours. Make no mistake, gyms are about aesthetics over anything else and nobody needs to be that big irl. Cardio is more of a real life benefit imo, useful in basically every level of life, from gyms to running up stairs when late, to messing around with a girl.
>>77180522Lift weights (esp squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, curls) to build the attribute of "strength" while practicing your sport to then apply it to your athletic endeavors. Simple.

>>77180522 By going to the gym and playing sports/appying your strength and technique to real life situation.
>>77180522Who is this chick? I've seen this webm a thousand times and no one ever knows who she is
when you're strong as fuck and have to do anything remotely physically taxing you'll knowspecially if it's with others and you just do shit like it's just walking or moving while others get gassed and drop. or when there's a bunch of idiots figuring out how to move something and you can just pick it up and place it somewhere else
>>77180522You do gym workout, then do sport or real world stuff.
>>77182061i dunno i was hoping you knew
>>77183275That's definitely a tranny regardless of who it is! My girl can be stronger without using any steroids that would've made her boobs become smaller than a male bodybuilder's
>>77180522But gym and sports are in real world?
