I do 30g chia seeds, ~115g milk, 45g blueberries (for flavor) soaked for about 24 hours, then heat it up in the microwave. I didn't enjoy it cold but some people prefer it that way.

I'm on day ~60 of PSMF, about 10 to go. Regarding constipation, it was the worst for me at the start. I began adding a bunch of veg such as arugula, celery, bell peppers, pickles and kimchi, this along with good salt intake (especially potassium) helped a ton.

>>77183329Good, no real complaints. First 6 weeks were really easy, last 2 have been a bit harder as I've gotten leaner, I'm probably at or just below 12% at this point. Down about 22 lbs so far. It's really changed my relationship with food, I've been cooking most of my meals and have learned how easy and cheap it can be. Best cut I've ever run.
