Hanging knee raise -> hanging leg raise -> toes to bar without kipping. Between this and heavy compounds my core gets worked. As soon as I stop feeling this I'll get an ab wheel.

We got a cable variant of pic related.So many are doing the ab crunch wrong, mainly using their psoas.I can do double the weight if I use them and there's hardly any doms in my abs after.
>>77183311My gym has a version of this made by the worst gym company on earth - Precor. The top end of the ROM has your spine hyperextended under load for no perceivable reason. They could have kinda solved this by having the foot plate be connected so that you push with your feet at the start of the rep to get into a neutral position but no. So at the start of each set you have to get the weight moving from a hyperextended spinal position and you have to unnaturally cut each rep short if you want to just finish a rep with a straight back like anyone would. Fucking hate precor so much.
