Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

I tried that a couple years ago, didnt work long term for me and put the weight back on after. I've made sweeping changes to my diet overall and I've been trying to adjust my attitude towards food in general, ive come to terms with my food addictions and need to treat it as such. Just been doing a 1000 to 1500 a day calorie deficit with lots of protein. Made minor gym gains in the meantime.

Brought up some gross ass memories anon. Never weighed mine, I used to take some abominable shits after a binge though. Biggest I've ever seen in person is probably a tie between when my brother was 14 and refused to shit for about a week (poop shy while we were on vacation) and when I had to clean up a homeless drug addicts' opioid constipation release from the truck dock at my work. Yes, turns out level vs rounded, packed vs loose, ect makes a big difference and they don't tell you which one they're using, a packed level teaspoon is 14g, but the serving size is 10g, so they mean a loose level teaspoon, or over there it says 1 scoop is 40g, weigh out an actual scoop and its 49g, it says 1 cup of blueberries is 120g, well when I measure out a cup of blueberries is comes to 149g, so you can't just wing it and assume it'll all work out because all these little inconsistencies add up. Everything I measured by volume or units was consistently off and usually in the positive direction by as much as 10~20%. Oh apples were another one that was way off, turns out the label says apples are 'about 200g' and I just went with that, I weighed an apple and it was 422g, more than double what the bag said. Learned my lesson, weigh stuff, don't just assume based on serving info on the label and inaccurate measures like cups, teaspoons, because if you're not measuring them by weight they're potentially way fucking off the mark.

I do light jogging currently, it’s pleasant. Even before when I was unmedicated it was one of the few times I felt good. I rode a bike too. The inner monologue is mercurial and it’s usually a nasty fuck but during running and biking if it talked at all it was typically coherent, normal thoughts.

meds are working, or at least I think they’re working which is helpful. It’s not completely unmanageable without the meds but there were times when I would spiral into a bad spot and I’m trying my best to avoid that.

Don't ever buy precooked frozen chicken. Just Bare brand is actually good, but pretty damn expensive. Look for the raw breaded frozen chicken, that will taste much better if fully cooked in an air fryer. Walmart has store brands of both popcorn and tenders.

At my height thats absolutely disgusting. That is fat American obese. Depending on your height it might not even be a big deal compared to me. My clothes are getting looser but I still look like shit. Maybe even worse because my arms, chest, and shoulders have deflated. My muscles arent hard anymore. My lifts are still progressing really well and my cardio endurance is really good. I feel more athletic in the way that I have my more explosive power when I play sports.

You only have to post height for the contest once, but I'm 6'3". I'm skinnyfat so my body fat percentage is still way too high even though I'm now in the overweight and not obese category.
I think that that last few pounds of fat are what makes the most visual difference. The better definition is worth the volume/fat loss on your arms. Its surprising how much fat can be there. WAGMI
