When did you realize that working out was the easy part and not enjoying your food was the hard part?
I'm happy as long as the food is 'ok'. Every time I try some 'amazing' food I think to myself that it's just ok food and not worth the time or effort or money obtaining it.
At least glp1s can fix thatTaking time of the day for doing exercise is the most annoying thing for me
>>77182557Food, like many pleasures in life, is highly context dependent. Set and setting play a huge role. A basic meal can taste bland one day and another day just hit the spot so well it makes you sit there in awe
>>77182557my issue is that I'm literally addicted to sugar
>>77182549When I was 16(30 now) I was gaining strength but almost no mass. Then I stopped working out for awhile then got back into it later in my 20s. Diet is always the tough part. Everyone at some level is an emotional eater.
>>77182549About year 6 when I was too a point where I didn't care about gaining anymore. Maintence has been more a trial that bulking or cutting ever were.
>>77182549>working out was the easy partnigga, you don't even know how to lift properly. your body speaks for itself. eating is something even a monkey can do
>>77182549Neither of those are hard. But not getting blackout drunk is the hard part
>>77182549I eat meals like picrelated every day plus protein drinks every few days if I have too much work. Very enjoyable.
>>77182771>not drinking poison is the hard part
>>77182776>implying you can afford thisBud you work at an Amazon warehouse
>>77182789>steak>potatoes>butterWhich part is too expensive for you anon?
>>77182805Steak is very expensive. Real butter is too.
>>77182808>basic steak20€/kg>normal butter8€/kg>deluxe butter17€/kg>potatoes1€/kgThat's what I pay, not hard to afford at all.
>>77182816Deluxe butter is almost 600 NOK/kgTenderloin is almost 600 NOK/kgSirloin is 300-400 NOK/kgetc etcPotatoes arent an issue, nor is rice.
>>77182788If you had friends you'd understand
>>77182827>no no, you see I NEED to get blackout drunk or my friends won't like me!Anon either you have loser friends, or you are the loser in your group of friends, or maybe both. Sorry you had to find out this way.
>>77182819>Deluxe buttersounds like a meme. 300 NOK is like 27€, doesn't seem like too much on a Norwegian salary
>>77182856Norwegian salaries aren't very high. But sure, then we're left with steak. Which if you need to eat it multiple times a week will bankrupt you.
>>77182856Grass fed cow butter is unironically like three times healthier. It's higher in LITERALLY every mineral and vitamin and has a better ratio of fats.
>>77182549When I hit my 30s
Baked loaf of bread with 3 soft boiled eggs and 4 breakfast sausages for breakfast.500ml vanilla and oats protein shake for lunch.4 Chicken drumsticks and rice with hot sauce and garlic sauce on top for dinner.Cheap, easy to make, and I love it every day.
>>77182776BASED ENJOYER OF TATERS
>>77182549>and not enjoying your food was the hard part?are you too stupid to cook good??you know that you're allowed to add Herbs, Spices and even MSGall my meals taste great, are nutritionally balanced and are >50g proteinadd in one protein shake and I'm at ~200g protein per day, which is ~2g/kg for me
>>77182903Hurr le durr Fuck you faggotI love wings and pizza
>>77183092Just have them while taking your daily caloric intake into account then faggot
>>77182819Now post your salary Olaf
>>77182788Retarded dweeb
>>77182903>american reading comprehension
>>77182805The freshness of the ingredients. Refrigeration. The time to cook everyday. Those are more expensive than the price of the products
>>77182808>Steak is very expensive. Real butter is too. What are you, indian ? I thought steak is banned for you anyway
