Do you faggots listen to anything while lifting? Some of the biggest people I know don't listen to anything, saying the find it too distracting. I usually listen to music I don't like to try and acquire a taste, or YouTube tutorials that don't make much sense without viewing, I don't have any CAD software on my computer and have never used it, but I'm fast becoming and expert on talking about it.

very rarely but sometimes I listen to metal when benching or deadlifting if I feel like the external adrenaline pump is going to help. 99% of the time I find that music just gets in the way however.
