So I'm trying to hit my macros and the best way for me is to make either burrito bowls or cold chicken and bean salads. And I need a good tasting sauce to make it good but chipotle mayo has high calories.
Can I just grab one of these 200 g chipotle cans and blend it into a 20 fl oz of light mayo? Or would I need to add more to make it chipotle light mayo?

the sauce those canned chipotles come in is always way too sweet. if that's what adobe sauce is then it's disgusting.

Look in the hot sauce aisle. A lot of stuff there that's very good and low cal. Unironically find Greg doucettes old cookbooks. He has a ton of legit simple shit that's really low cal for competition cutting. Don't buy it on his site because he charges like 200. Just find a download link

Grab one of those cans, put half a red onion in it, a few cloves of garlic, any chili pepper if you want that kick some lime juice maybe one or two limes worth, and some greek yogurt, and you got yourself an easy sauce, just blend it up, you can also add any herbs you want.
