Is it better to eat 2-3 large meals or 4-5 small meals in a day?
>>
Are you trying to gain weight or lose weight?
>>
Small meals, and it isn't even close. Big meals obliterate your metabolism. Small ones keep it going.

My favorite bulking technique is both, lmao.

Small meals are for sure superior but it has to do with blood sugar, insulin, cortisol and digestive stress, not whatever retardation you think is happening

Latter, it’s easier on your kidneys and doesn’t create blood sugar spikes

I usually go for 2 not because of any kind of fasting schedule or shit but because that's about how often I can put in the effort to make healthy choices and am hungry enough to eat them. If I'm eating more often it's easy to succumb to the temptation of instant noodles + a whey shake and stuff like that and that just winds up being too much of my diet.

let's say your TDEE is 2700kcal
>2700 / 3 = 900
it shouldn't be a problem for your body to digest 900 calorie meals

>blood sugar, insulin, cortisol and digestive stress,
