Anyone else get cognitive benefits from creatine? I feel functionally retarded most of the time when I'm not taking it. If I take 5-10g per day I feel almost normal. It's been a lifesaver in some respects. I hope it's not a transient effect.

It's less raw strength and more not failing those final reps due to fatigue. If I remember it right it's supposed to give around 5%~ extra performance or something, which for no real side effects is ok I guess.
