Fucked up my shoulder/armpit/reardelt or whatever and now I physically cannot do Flyes anymore. Will my chest be screwed if I only do Flat and Incline Bench Press for the foreseeable future?

I had some issues with that as well I think, my physio suggested doing more for my rotator cuff. It has helped quite a bit! Gotta get it stronger over time.

I was holding my bicep at 45° and rotating in toward my stomach using the cable machines to maintain tension.

But basically you need to avoid doing any exercises that will exacerbate that injury (the things that cause pain) for several weeks until you recover.

Don't lift through the pain and don't ignore it otherwise it may get worse.
