Realistically how long to go from left to right?
>>

1-10 years depending on genetics/training/diet. Could be 6 months with great genetics plus roids or never with awful genetics
>>
1-2 years depending on how committed you are.

Have you tried lifting heavy shit?

It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

Realistically?
2-5 years.
The perfect muscle/fat ratio is what takes time. Gaining lots of muscles or mass is the easier part.
It takes experience and time to learn how the body works and min and maxing and bulking up a bit and cutting a bit many many times before you can get to a certain bodyfat but with a certain muscle mass.

Working my way up past 135lbs bench, hopefully I can hit 225lbs by summer o7

Roids to failure

3 month of serious lifting

It's better than someone who hasn't lifted but it's still before newbie gains have fully kicked in.
I generally think that fit undersells how long it takes to truly gain mass and strength for most people, but even if it takes five ten years don't worry about it. You're working for benefits for your entire fucking life.

Charlie Cox and Henry Cavil should have gotten hair transplants a couple years ago. No shade on them. I really like both. But hair transplants would go a LONG way to keeping them in their superhero roles and both of them had very significant downtime 2-3 years ago where they could have done it and not interrupted their filming schedule. Now both are stuck in non-stop filming.
