these are my numbers right now.my squat used to be 140kg because I did starting strength but then my ass got too big so I stopped doing it for a while which is why it sucks now and I'm building it back up.
It's insane to me how everyone speedruns bench with mediocre posterior chain liftsI was at 200kg deadlift 180kg (previously 200 but i stopped for a long while) squat 75kg ohp before i started getting comfortable with 2pl8 bench
