Been thoroughly demoralized and unmotivated and have been considering just stopping weight training entirely. I’ve been doing it for 5 years, and while I’ve had pretty great results, I just don’t see the point anymore.

I’ve pretty much just been planning to decrease my intake to 1600 calories a day and live lean.

Sleep on it bro and treat yourself to whatever for a week or two. You can always just work out once or twice like the other guy said. Like a home pullup/dip bar and some dumbells and you're good for some light home workout to maintain what you got. You can always go back when you're feeling better
