Assume you were in charge of getting a group of over 300 lb fatties in shape. What would you do?Assume the program you are now in charge of allows you ultimate flexibility in how you achieve this.>butThe fatties are under no obligation to continue the program, they are merely volunteers who have willingly chosen to enter your program and have no legal or otherwise obligation to stay in your program. What excercise, diet, and coaching methods do you employ to make sure the entire group stays and is ultimately successful?Meme answers are allowed but I would like to see genuine answers actually attempting to solve the problem in a realistic feasible way.

>>77185716diet matters more than anything elseworking out is dangerous for fats, their heart is already under enough pressure I would rent a warehouse for three months, lock them inside, and only provide them with fortified tofu milk and water. The tofu milk will provide them with protein and micronutrients.
Two questionsDo I have a timeline, and am I able to use ozempic
>>77185735Timeline is 24 months. Ozempic is an option but for the purposes of gauging the value of your methods it will be considered cheating.
>>77185716the women I would chain naked to a big heavy wheel to push while I whip them until they are hot and skinny
>>77185716i'd structure it similar to in-patient rehab, but obviously longer, or maybe like college where you major in not being fat for a yearwe'd do stuff like split into cohorts for friendly competition + improved socialization, we would have a combination of learning classes, exercise classes, and therapy round tablesthe fats would have a core curriculum but would also have the option to sign up for electivese.g., people who doubt CICO can sign up for a course where they learn more about the science behind caloric expenditure and can spend 2 weeks eating whatever they want but will have it prepared for them at a 600 calorie deficitno leaving campus until you've lost >20 lbsdiet will initially be partitioned out but as they continue through the curriculum and losing weight they will be given control over choosing and preparing their own mealsand i'll pin them with reta for a set period, but i will wean them off it without their knowledge or consent using placebo instead (or maybe the plasma of kids, i think that's good for you)
>>77185716write your own training programme you lazy PT fuck
>>77185747Best answer so far.
I'll entertain this.It depends whether if they would be willing to make a change in the kitchen first. Somebody said 24 months as a timeline. The first 24 days are the most important. Let alone two years. If they can commit to cooking their own food as a start. That's promising. And if they have never had fitness experience before, I wouldn't want to scare them by making a complete change in their lifestyle priority to hit the gym straight away. They would be embarrassed to anybody outside of the group. So, they would all need to post progress pictures and encourage each other within the group. And celebrate achievement. Especially that first week.Do something crazy together. The education and coaching would surround what exactly is their maintenance. You got to be careful talking about calories but, maybe framing it in a way that's about the better sources of carbs. We're not cutting things out. We're being mindful of what sources of bread, milk and sugar.TDEE.You can flood them with information but anxiety might get the best of them. Then eventually we ramp up things after 3-4 weeks. Let's get into the gym. Let's start full-body 2-3 days a week. Give ourselves as much rest. I'll come along with you. Teach yourself around the way of this gym.And I am also accessible at any-time if they want to understand how they can workout at home. Then down the line you can continue this trajectory to taking advantage of beginner gains, eventually to increasing the split to 4 days, 5 days, maybe even 6 days a week. Or 5 days a week plus some running with me.If they want to build a learning curve about free-weights, eventually cable and machines? Invite me over. Just pay me.
>>77185753You may assume you will be monetarily compensated for leading the program. Not a massive sum but enough to make your time and effort worthwhile.
partner the fatties with fitties, bonus points if they're fit volunteers that have previously themselves lost a bunch and improvedthen do whatever to get them addicted to the results, the mental end-state being they believe that success is possible, and that they want the "new them" more than having their cookies. find individual points of motivation, maybe someone wants to stick it to big cookie after they've learned the truth, another one may want to escape early death they've witnessed firsthand etc
>>77185716>The fatties are under no obligation to continue the program, they are merely volunteers who have willingly chosen to enter your program and have no legal or otherwise obligation to stay in your program. My armed guards say otherwise. Fatties will fight, and the winner will eat a normal meal, and the loser will starve.Any who stray from the path will be shot on sight.>less meme answerThese retards have spent a silly amount of money to get to the training grounds on some island or in the middle of nowhere, and the only way out is by medivac or by walking 60 miles through the forest. Maybe the everglades even.
