best thing for hitting lads is weighted neutral grip pullups in my humble opinion, and try to keep them with good form and slow, try to imagine not pulling yourself up, but pulling the bar down to you, helps a bit engaging the right muscles

Depending on how you do your pullups, pulldowa you may not hit the lats that wella anon, and If you're doing your tbar rows with a wide grip it's almost all upper back.
Include actual lat isolation in your routine or do pull variations thant emphasize the lats, like:
>Pullovers, either on cables, machine, dumbbells or unilaterally on cables
>Pulldowns with a narrow supinated grip thinking about moving in the sagital plane
>Chinups, some people get better lat gains with them instead of pullups
>Illiac pulldowns
>Unilateral rows, rowing close to your body and to your belly button
