i can get free chicken tenders from my job, is the fried stuff so bad that i shouldn't eat them?
Frying isn't bad per se. But this shit is breaded and the oil they fry it in gets used repeatedly which causes a build up of trans fats and other toxins.

I used to get free chicken tenders every day and i would strip the breading iff snd sometimes boil it a bit to get the greese off.

IIFYM I dont see any issues as long as whatever else you eat in the day has some sustenance.
My job gives us free breakfasts and lunches in the cafeteria. I usually just go to the salad bar and load up on hard boiled eggs and chicken chicken breast out of the salad bar. I'm sure they frown on my scooping out like 1.5 chicken breasts worth of chicken but IDGAF.
Yes it is unhealthy because:1) It uses seed oils or vegetable oils when frying which is one of the biggest causes of modern diseases.2) Even if it used healthy fat for frying (big doubt) it would still be too fat heavy in terms of macros. Protein > Carbs > Fat if you want to be big, strong and muscular. Fat is important for hormones but waaaay too easy to overeat, it is very hard to undereat it unless you try to.
