I got a bench and adjustable DBs up to 15 kilos/33 pounds.
I am currently obese (35% body fat). 168 cm, 25 years old.
I can immediately start a Push Pull Legs split using just my DBs and bench, 45 minutes to 60 minutes per session, P/P/L/P/P/L/R
(i.e., 6 days on, 1 day off).
I can also buy protein powder and creatine.
and no I can't join a gym right now.
Is it better than doing nothing?

These are the exercises that I do. Most are 3 sets x (failure)
I also have a core finisher.

You should lose some weight. Something for cardio would be good

2x db and a bench (bonus points for a chin up bar) is enough for almost all fitness related goals outside of professional bodybuilding. it all comes down to how much you want it but seeing how overweight you are I doubt you have the motivation to make it. not trying to shit on you here, just being honest my man. having said that 6x per week as an overweight beginner is borderline retarded. consistency is key so start with something realistic which you can keep up over weeks/months without fucking up your schedule. your fitness journey will take years so at least try to incorporate that in a realistic fashion into your daily life. 2-3x lifting sessions and 1x cardio session a week, add more once you feel the energy and drive to do more.

>adjustable DBs up to 15 kilos/33 pounds
Literally worthless. Unless you have a cage and barbell and several hundred pounds of weights minimum, you do not have a home gym.
>and no I can't join a gym right now.
Go to a gym.

Then why haven't you?

>dumbbells up to 15kg
Are you a fucking woman? Get plate adjustable dumbbells up to 50kg at a minimum.
>>

Get a bench and a rack and a mobile pull up bar and you are good for almost everything. 30lb dumbells aren't going to be too useful in the long run but they're fine if you are starting out.

You can get pretty jacked with minimal equipment, but getting BIG will be difficult without progressive overload which means expensive weights or a gym
