How do you avoid this shit? It's literally in everything. Containers, clothing (nylon / anything stretchy) cooking appliances, water bottles, shaker bottles. Apparently when you heat things in plastic it's real bad (coffee makers, air fryers, plastic cups with hot liquid). Microplastics lowers T and fucks over fertility. It's found in sperm samples of literally all males in this day and age. I bet you're wearing clothes right now that has plastics in it. I'm definitely going to find an alternative to my shower sponge, it feels like im grating micro plastics all over. Also maybe some different 100% cotton boxers, I mean my balls are literally wrapped in plastic 24/7. Cutting boards have been swapped to wood and I only drink out of glass bottles now.
RO water filter is step one
Genuinely the only solution is launching yourself out of Kuiper belt since everything inside has probably been tainted with human pollution.Im not sure how much it holds up, but i've read before that no place on earth, including the amazon and some deep water trenches, is safe from microplastic pollution
First you have to acknowledge that you can't be perfect, but you can get close. You're going to have to spend some money and it is going to take a long time.1. Get a reverse osmosis water filter. 2. Start replacing your clothes. No more polyester, nylon, or elastane/spandex. 100% cotton and lyocell. Socks and underwear are the hardest/most expensive, but they are out there (cottonique socks, Maro briefs are the best I've seen). The only plastic clothes in my clothes are in my pants (up to 3% elastane), and a rain jacket.3. No more plastic in the kitchen. Switch from teflon to cast iron and stainless steel. Ditch any plastic cooking utensils for metal, wood, or high-quality silicone. First thing to go should be the plastic cutting board.4. Switch to a French press or cold brew with metal and ceramic drinking vessels.6. 100% cotton mattress cover with 100% cotton bedding. No more microfiber/fleece bullshit.7. Toss the fake rugs and couches. I'm on this step. Fuck me the natural couches are expensive...Highly recommended.
>>77186955I may have 30g microplastics in my brain but at least my socks don't have holes in them
>>77186928I just roid to offset the microplastics, china bathtub chemicals cancels out the jew water chemicals basicallyBest, most convenient of everything AND you are jacked and hard(penis)ez pz
>>77186928Microplastics are an overhyped health scare.
>>77186975Post body
>>77186928>How do you avoid this shit? That's the neat part, you don't. The jews got us by the shrinking estrogen poisoned balls. Anti-carcinogen max and pray. Broccoli and blueberries everyday. Vitamin c/d(withk2) every day and any other anti-oxidant you feel you can tolerate.
>>77187109>Broccoli and blueberries everyday.Lol who's gonna tell him
>>7718692890% of is airborne from clothes and textilebarely any of it comes from food containers
>>77186928you can't avoid it. you can only minimise it. start with using stainless steel containers, glass jars/bowls etc. Make your own food, your own coffee etc.
use NAChttps://www.mitochon.it/en/n-acetylcysteine-new-perspectives-against-the-damage-caused-by-micro-and-nano-plastics/?v=d7d269df1263And also kimchi
I’ve been wearing polyester/spandex compression shorts to work out since I was in high school. What’s a healthier alternative? I think cotton would get too hot and create a swamp ass. Is bamboo healthy?
>>77186955Look into thin wool wocks. They are just better than cotton and polyester in general and don't get sweaty. Some expensive brands will replace your socks when rhey get holes/work out too
>>77187164linen
Donate blood weekly and sweating gets rid of microplastics so go to the sauna frequently
>>77187178I try to sauna 3 times a week. I envy Finns who get the real deal
>>77187177I'll research linen underwear
>>77187168Tried, I actually prefer the cotton socks for 100%. And so much wool is coated in plastic.
>>77186928avoid paper cups and tea bags, also dont cook anything in plastic like microwave food obviously, donate as much blood as physiclly possible
>>77186928The only harmful ones are fluorocarbons, your regular PE, PP, PC etc are inert and don't block receptors. Avoid PTFE and the likes and you're fine.
>>77187164>bambooive been thinking about this too, i dont know if its just a marketing scam though
>>77187164cotton or bamboo, nothing to do with the plastic so much as breathability
>>77186928Its not plastic's fault you're a bitch
