5 years = 5 years to get back

Just hit the gym and within like 6 months you will se a massive difference when you look in the mirror. Just get 8 hours sleep a night and eat protein.

if you came back to this thread today OP then congratulations! you are not fucked!
2 options:
A. (easy option) get on trt+ and hit the gym a few times a week and you will be good to go in a matter of months not years
B. (hard mode) somehow push past the mental blocks you have placed in your own path thus far and exercise more and eat less shit food and grind it out the ol fashioned way for the next couple years
ok but really just get on trt+ and lift its easy and you get fast results
I am typing this with altruistic intent even though I am painfully aware that 80% of people like you never go through with anything and just want to theorycraft but hey you posted THE WALL brother so I couldn't help myself
