My gym has a lot of female weightlifters. About half look like the hog by the rack in OP, half look like the girl lifting. Agree, most are mediocre. However, if it gets more women going to the gym and creating hotter bodies, I am for it. So many women are horrendously fat or misshapen it’s a necessary evil to put up with the inflated egos of a few female lifters in order to make the female population more fuckable.

She's dragging the bar, this is causing it to brush over the knees and up the thigh in the second pull. Not optimal
Also isn't making full extension and the bar appears to contact at the upper-mid thigh region instead of pubic bone. (I would be more than happy to help her find this region btw)

Others already pointed out her poor rack position.

She's going down pretty far in the jerk whatever, not an issue. Her foot work needs some help, back foot should be in position first and there needs to be a forcefully STOMP from the front foot.

Also, soft elbows = poor overhead strength
