Guts' physique in the black swordsman/conviction arc is definitely attainable. A thick core, powerful back and spinal erectors are his defining qualities. not an EXCEPTIONALLY low body fat, but definitely around 10-12%. The guy is huge. Having him as a goal is excellent.
