Ever since fixing my military posture, I no longer suffer from diffuse symptoms like chronic bloating, fatigue, indigestion, diarrhea, sciatica and restless legs syndrome
It's incredible how interconnected the body is
All I did was tuck my ribs down, and it became effortless to maintain, and now I can lift more, I'm adding muscle very rapidly and most importantly, I can eat without bloating
That last part was most surprising, I had no idea posture could affect digestion to such a degree

What are you anons struggling with?

>tuck my ribs down
what did he mean by this

posture issues are easiest solved by starting at the hips. it's generally the best advice.
trying to start at random always leads with meme results where you initially feel good, but begin to compensate quite a bit in other ways.
if you can regain maximum rom at the hips, it's impossible for this to be the case.
You'll begin to notice how your legs feel awkward and your back feels awkward.
things will pop and stretch and stretch and pop.
as you fix one issue another one will become painfully obvious.
if you keep focusing though, you'll blatantly feel as you continue to fix the mid/lower body standing up how your body sways in specific directions and that is how you actually diagnose your upper body problems.

citation
>chronic neck injuries are most commonly found in people with hip dysfunction as the pressure compounds with each joint away from the structural base
the lower-mid back though have many support structures from all directions so the pain is often less severe than the neck.
if your neck begins to feel good and heal, you've achieved good neck to shoulder posture, symptoms will begin to influence the mid-low back. now fix this until it is back to hips, now work your way back down.

>tldr
>stabilize middle
>stabilize lower body to middle
>stabilize neck to shoulders
>stabilize shoulders down to middle

Nigga, you're making the same thread every day. I'm happy for you and shit, but last time you said you only discovered proper posture 2 days earlier. Today you can already tell you're "adding muscle very rapidly"? Fuck off.

I can feel my body growing by the day anon. Whereas in the past, I'd eat a kebab, bloat, feel sick and pass out from sugar spikes, today I ate 1 kebab plate + one kebab sandwich and I felt NOTHING. My stomach was distended but I looked very strong still, proper posture. I looked in the mirror and my shoulders already looked wider. I think the posture just makes me look better, and I feel my body actually working finally, after 6 years

I have no idea how to celebrate this anon, it's changing my life. 6 years of DYEL and at 30 I might get jacked. You know I will surprise a lot of people if that happens, many people I know worked out but never got anywhere, I worked out weekly for 6 years and didn't get anywhere either
Do you like me anon?

How is rib tucked?

Stack ribs over pelvis, so it's not so much "flex your abs", which is impossible to maintain, it's just activating your obliques/aligning your ribs with your pelvis. With military posture, we overcompensate by "straightening our back" and tucking chin it. The front is not engaged and the ribs flare out. The overactive back also pulls on the lower abdominals so you suck your entire stomach in, pressing the organs together and fucking up your digestive system. Pic rel was how I was when I made an effort in fixing my posture, you can see how the chest flares out, basically there is 0 activation in the stomach. When you associate good posture with this, you don't activate your stomach at all, even when you slouch over

I had bloatings like you wouldn't believe, and my stomach wouldn't digest food, it would just sit there and ooze. I thought I was going to die. I'm pretty sure my high blood pressure could potentially have been caused by it, my sciatica which caused severe sleep apnea has been fixed, and sleep apnea causes hbp

Everything is so connected and from fixing something so simple, your entire life can change, it's insane. Nobody told me about military posture, 6 months of 3x / week exercise I was dealing with this.

Why are you attempting to hurt my feelings?
>>
>>77189106
>attempting
if your feelings weren't hurt you wouldn't have felt the compulsive need to respond.
goodbye.

Hey, you there?
>>
That's great Opie but you aren't actually giving any tips on how to do this
>>
>>77188512
I had shitty posture when I was younger and it made life miserable, I couldn’t sit or stand for long periods of time and felt like I had to lay down to ease the tension in my back
>>
>>77189048
what about doing it in other positions? when you're sitting, lying down or moving around?
>>
>>77188512
I just leaned my hips forward slightly and got diarrhea all over the floor. OP doesn't lie
