I would like to ask a question for protein sparing method fasting enjoyers.

i am currently 4 weeks in. the only thing i do different is that we usually go to an all you can eat on my meal day. so thats a bit more then recommended. but its in a 2 hour window and it seems to have little effect after a few days.
i also skip the free meal.

i went from :
88.5kg
waist 96cm
estimate 23%-24%bf

to 81.5 kg
waist 85 cm
estimate bf 17-18%bf

I really wanted to finish below 80 kg because that was usually my wakeup call to start dieting. but i ignored it till i almost reached 90kg and my pants almost stopped fitting.
at that point i went into a psmf plan for 4 weeks till easter.

easter is here but i am not eve not my wakeup call weight yet.
i will be eating big today. and tomorrow with both sides of the family.

psmf dictates a diet break every 2-6 weeks depending on your bf%. my plan was to take the 2 week diet break when easter starts. this is just 2 weeks of maintenance or slightly above maintenance.

now since i really want to lose at least 2-3 more kg how would it affect me to just do another week or 2 after binging 2 days in a row ruining the set up of the diet.

should i just take the 2 weeks off now and then continue with a normal diet or another psmf for 2 weeks to get to 15% before starting a normal diet.

Would you say it's hard to do a PSMF? I did a 2 week water fast once and that was really rough the first 5 days or so, after that it got a bit easier though.

i feel like i cant do water fasts anymore with a physical job. i just cant sleep anymore after 3 days.

psmf i can keep up for longer. almost indefinite to 13% with the weekly refills. but its easter and i had my refill day today but will also eat a lot tomorrow and the day after so i think il just go into a hormone rebalance diet before going again.

That's why I stopped the fast too. I would fall asleep and wake up after 3 or 4 hours, unable to go back to sleep.

I might give RFL a go once I'm done with this bulk. At least that way I can say I've tried it. On paper it sounds like the perfect tool for cutting.
